Trade Craft Boutique Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Trade Craft Boutique.
Please review our wholesale policies before placing your order.

1. Minimum Order Requirements

· Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 6 units per style per color

· Reorders: No minimum requirement

· Size breakdown: Optional (open sizing)

2. Pricing & Payment

· All wholesale pricing will be provided upon request.

· Payment must be made in full before production or shipment.

· Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

· Prices are subject to change based on fabric cost and seasonal production.

3. Production & Processing Time

· Standard processing time is 3–5 business days.

· Larger orders may require 7–12 business days depending on volume.

· Custom or exclusive colors require additional production time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

· Orders ship from the United States.

· Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

· Tracking information will be provided at dispatch.

· Trade Craft Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

· All wholesale sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

· If an item arrives damaged or defective, retailers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

· Approved replacements or credits will be issued at our discretion.

6. Cancellations

· Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

· Custom or exclusive orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

7. Exclusivity Policy

· Boutique exclusivity may be granted based on:
• zip code / territory
• order frequency
• volume commitments

· Exclusivity is evaluated case-by-case and not guaranteed.

8. Use of Images & Marketing Materials

· Retailers may use our product photos, lifestyle imagery, and descriptions for marketing.

· Images must be used in a way that accurately represents the brand.

9. Resale Channels

Approved wholesale partners may sell Trade Craft Boutique products through:

✔ Physical boutiques
✔ Online stores
✔ Social platforms

Unauthorized resale on Amazon, SHEIN, Temu, AliExpress, or large marketplaces is not permitted unless written approval is granted.

10. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order, the retailer agrees to all terms listed in this Wholesale Policy.
